All game content, including the Neon Velocity soundtrack and custom technical UI, is the intellectual property of the developer. No part of the Game may be redistributed without permission.
The Game is supported by ads via Appodeal. The "Emergency Reboot" is a voluntary feature. We strive to ensure all ads are family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience.
The Game is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for technical failures or the loss of local high scores due to device updates or app uninstallation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
